Dr Mike Egbayelo is a Certified Business Development Service Provider.

He established Excellerate Business School,-an Innovative Enterprise Institution (IEI) in Agbara Business District,Ogun State which is Pioneering Robotics and Automation Training , FINTECH studies and Computer Software Engineering

The vocational training arm of the Business School in partnership with the Ogun State Government is currently training over 200 vulnerable residents in various skills such as Leather work, Garment Making,GSM Repairs, Welding, Electrical installation, Industrial Electronics and Adult Education

He also established Padema Schools (Govt Approved Nursery and Primary School in Ojo Lagos State

Dr Egbayelo has attended trainings and presented studies at the instance of several international organizations including the Africa Leadership Forum (ALF), Friedrich Nauman Foundation,the German Cordaid and the Ford Foundation.

He was a consultant on a Positive Leadership Project by the Ford Foundation for Nigeria and Egypt.

He attended the Daily Times Journalism Institute,Surulere from 1999-2000 where he bagged a Diploma in Journalism and graduated as the Overall Best Graduating Student

He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English Language and Post Graduate Diploma in Environmental Resources Management from the Lagos State University Ojo.

He bagged a Master of Business Administration (MBA) Degree from the Dutch Business School, Business School Netherlands,Buren and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) from the Gideon Robert University Zambia.

Dr Egbayelo also has a Bachelor of Theology Degree B.Th from the Life Theological Seminary,Ikorodu

He is an alumnus of the Lagos Business School, Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) where he attended the Business Development Service Provider BDSP Certification training of the School in partnership with the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria (SMEDAN).

He is Currently on a course of study in AgriEntreprenuership  at the Rome Business School

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria.

Dr Egbayelo is also a Fellow of the Certified Institute of Shipping of Nigeria

He is a member of the International Association for Innovation in Educational Assessment (IAEII)

He is an Honorary Member of the World Safety Organisation ( WSO).

He was the Organizer of the first ever Apapa Economic Summit through his Organization - Apapa Development Initiative in conjunction with Apapa Local Government in 2015.

He is the President of International Association for Future Studies, Nigeria.

He contested the chairmanship of Apapa Local Government under APC in 2015

He was the chairman of All Progressives Congress APC Reconciliation Committee in Apapa Local Government for 2017 elections

He was the Pioneer Secretary/Convener,Ikales in Lagos for Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu (BOS).

He was a Member of the State Campaign Finance Committee of APC Lagos State for 2017 Elections

Special Adviser to Hon Mufutau Egberongbe (Member Federal House of Representatives, Apapa Constituency) on Maritime Affairs and Strategic Communication.2019-2022
