ICEDT Refund Policy

At the International Community for Educational Technology (ICEDT), we are committed to providing high-quality resources, courses, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to educators. We understand that there may be instances where refunds are requested. Our refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds are issued for membership fees, courses, and other paid services.

1. Membership Fees Refund Eligibility: Membership fees are non-refundable once payment is processed. As a membership-based organization, all fees contribute to the continued development of resources and support for our members. Cancellation: Members may cancel their subscription at any time, but no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the membership term.

2. Courses and Professional Development Programs Course Enrollment: Refund requests for courses or professional development programs must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refund Amount: If a refund request is made within 7 days and the course or program has not been accessed or completed, a full refund will be issued. If any portion of the course has been accessed, a partial refund may be granted at the discretion of ICEDT. No Refunds: Refunds will not be issued for any courses or programs after 7 days from the date of purchase, or if the course has been fully accessed or completed.

3. Events and Workshops Refund Requests: Requests for refunds for paid events and workshops must be submitted at least 14 days before the event date to receive a full refund. Partial Refunds: If a request is made between 7 and 14 days before the event, a 50% refund may be issued. No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for requests made less than 7 days before the event.

4. Digital Resources Due to the nature of digital resources, all purchases of digital content (including downloadable resources and e-courses) are non-refundable once access is granted or materials have been downloaded.

5. Processing Refunds Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

6. Special Circumstances ICEDT reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Any decision regarding such requests will be at the sole discretion of ICEDT.
