Most school leaders do not also spend time and resources to equip the leaders in their various settings. The issues above has resulted into both parties being frustrated, thus having negative effect on the productivity, and efficiency of producing high performing schools. The School Leaders Tool Kit is therefore designed to help solve this problem, and to adequately prepare educators for leadership positions. It is also aimed at providing a template for school owners/leaders to train their teachers when equipping them for leadership positions.
