Orosanya Abdullrahman Omokayode, a positive and success-driven person with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, am highly motivated to apply my fieldwork experience, academic knowledge, as well as my key skills in solving problems and achieving aims and objectives. I enjoy being part of, as well as managing a successful and productive team, capable of innovative thinking to proffer solution and can work well with minimum or no supervision, am committed to working in a challenging and dynamic environment where productivity, resourcefulness and professional growth is paramount, contribute my quota through capacity building, information dissemination, program implementation and evaluation while executing my responsibility diligently and effectively with  high level of focus and determination.

I have worked in different capacities in the development sector for over 20 years and improved of the standard living of vulnerable household, marginalized youths and women in hard to reach areas and gave voices to the voiceless.

My service to humanity had enable me coordinate and manage different internationally funded interventions and projects in some states in Western and Eastern Nigeria. As a project coordinator, Thematic lead and program managers.

I have implemented proven, innovative interventions on behavioral change, youth and Adolescence Reproductive Health, Women right, Orphan and Vulnerable Children interventions and health issues of marginalized communities,  Household Economic Strengthening (HES) and food security strategies; like the identification and enrollment of 3500 household with over 7500 vulnerable children into care and support services, training 3500 beneficiaries on Household Economic Strengthen to withstand shock, setting up of 40 Village Saving and Loan Association (VSLA), Trained  1230 caregivers and household heads on financial management and planning, income generation/promotion activities, training 350 household heads on homestead farming

Facilitated the training of 3520 household on financial management and planning/ provide direct support to boost IGA for 350 caregivers. Facilitated the training of 200 adolescents on life skills development and coordinated support for vocational training opportunities for older OVC

During the course of my service I collaborated with both Public /Private Organizations in providing job/business opportunities for caregivers on the OVC program, Train the community volunteers and caregivers in modern agricultural production, marketing practices, as well as to conduct periodic market research and make recommendations along community value chains, market linkages and negotiate agreements between the key actors

I work in close collaboration with the Monitoring and evaluation officers, and other project stakeholders and periodically monitor/review/evaluate the HSE services, identify successes, and using lessons learned to make contribution to the overall HES strategies of the project.
